New Course: Small Arms and Light Weapons

This short course examines how the United Nations has addressed and continues to address issues related to small arms and light weapons. The course also presents core international documents that were created over the last two decades in the fight against the illicit manufacture and transfer of, and trade in, SALW such as the UN Programme of Action on SALW, the Firearms Protocol and the Arms Trade Treaty.
